Hello Members,

Online Capital group has put together a list of changes for
all programs that will be affected during our restructure
process. We have instituted this restructuring for the
benefit of our members and OCG's long term survival.

We know this may not be accepted by all members,
however In order to survive and grow to our upmost
potential these changes must be implemented.

Payouts: Effective June 1st, 2006 all payments will
be on a monthly basis. After your June 1st payment,
the next member payouts will be made July 1st, 2006.

Effective date of the changes below will commence
on May 15, 2006.

Surfingthesixties: Daily ROI will be 1.5% for 90 days.
All members accounts will be, on the 15th of may,
extended or reduced depending on when you purchased
your upgrades.

Musclecarsurf: Daily ROI will be 1.5% for 90 days.
The program is 45 days presently and all member
accounts will be extended to meet the 90 day change.

Ravensautosurf: Daily ROI 1.5% for 90 days.
All members accounts will remain unchanged
since the program is already at 90 days.

Olympicsurf: ROI 4% For 365 days. For every
$1000 upgrade you will earn a flat $400.00
per month. Principal balance will be returned
in 25% increments beginning months 9 thru 12
respectfully.
